1. Who we are
This website is operated by NOVIQ Sleep ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hello@noviqsleep.co.uk.

2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed through noviqsleep.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the version that applies to your order.

3. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we can't fulfil your order - the item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we can't take payment - we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be for resale rather than personal use.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

We try to keep prices accurate, but if we discover an error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order. Our products are sent directly from our manufacturing partner rather than a UK warehouse, so please allow 14–21 days from dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further goodwill window taking you to 30 days from delivery. For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage. Email us first for the return address. For hygiene reasons NOVIQ Quiet can only be returned unopened. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Faulty goods and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover postage both ways.

8. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens.

NOVIQ products are consumer sleep aids. They are not medical devices, they are not certified hearing protection or certified equipment for hearing loss, and they are not a treatment for any medical condition. NOVIQ Wake is splash resistant, not waterproof. If you have a health concern affecting your sleep or hearing, speak to a qualified professional.

9. Using this website
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. All content on this site — text, images, logos and the NOVIQ name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without our permission.

10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal disruption, customs delays, extreme weather or supplier failure. If such an event causes a significant delay we'll contact you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund.

12. Your personal information
We handle your data in line with our Privacy policy.

13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@noviqsleep.co.uk and we'll aim to respond within one working day and resolve it within 14 days.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
