Cost. Free on every order. No minimum, no surprise at checkout.

How we ship. NOVIQ products are sent directly from our manufacturing partner rather than through a UK warehouse. It's slower than Amazon, and it's the reason a NOVIQ Wake costs £24.99 instead of £45 - we'd rather pass that on than pay for a middleman.

How long it takes. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and typically arrive 14-21 days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

If it's late. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email hello@noviqsleep.co.uk and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement - your choice.
